How to Use
Suggested Usage:
-Groom hairs in place with spoolie.
-Outline shape by underlining beneath the brow starting from the tip, using short strokes.
-Comb upward to blend and soften.
-Outline the top, create an arch, and extend through the tail end to elongate the brow.
-Create small upward flicks at the tip of brow and fill in sparse areas as desired.
