How do I order online?

  1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product, shade and quantity, then click on “ADD TO CART”. If the item is for PREORDER, you will see a “PREORDER NOW” option instead of “ADD TO CART”.
  2. Products added to you cart can be found in your Shopping Cart on the left side of the screen. If you’re done shopping, click ”Checkout.” 
  3. When you press check out simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required information. Please check your delivery method to avoid any delays in your order. Press place order.
  4. Send your proof of payment to yourmakeupstoreph@yahoo.com with your Name or Order Number with "PAYMENT" as the subject.
  5. We'll process your order within 1 business day; you will receive an immediate e-mail that confirms your order was successful. 


How long do i have to pay for my order?
Please settle your payment within 2 days (not including Weekends or Holidays) to avoid cancellation of orders.


Are all your items ONHAND?

All items on our website are onhand, unless stated as PREORDERED or FOR RESERVATION.


I want to ADD items to my previous order, HOW?

Place a new order for the additional items then note both ORDER NUMBERS upon payment. 

You will be charged only one shipping fee.


I ordered both ONHAND and PREORDERED items, can i have the onhand items shipped first?

Yes, kindly inform us that you want to have the onhand items shipped first upon payment. Note that you will be charged an additional shipping fee for the delivery of the preordered items.


How do I order something that is not in your website?

How do you ship your items?

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email saying your order status is SHIPPED.

The email will contain the tracking number. (Its at the bottom part of the email). To track the order, you can check these websites depending on your preferred shipping method:

Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment. Please wait 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.

Onhand items are usually shipped within 1 day after the order has been paid.

How do I preorder?

Please send us the links of the items you want to preorder via email at yourmakeupstoreph@yahoo.com so we can assist you.


Do you require a downpayment for preorders?

Yes. We require a downpayment of a least 50% on or before the cut off date. FULL PAYMENT for orders less than PHP1,000.00 (This serves as a security on our part because we will buy the item from the United States and have it shipped here in the PH. The balance will be settled upon arrival here in the PH. You will be notified via email that the preordered items are here and for the balance settlement. Note that only paid orders will be processed.


What is the estimated time of arrival?
Preorders usually arrive 3-6 weeks after the cut off date. Please note the term usually and term after the cut off date, not the time you ordered the item. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and we do not represent or warrant that we will be able to ship the item by the estimated date of arrival.


How will i know if my preordered items are here?

We will send you an EMAIL once your preordered item is here for the balance or if your order is fully paid, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
